Herbie suit?

I was exploring VMK when i ran into a guy who had a Herbie race suit and helmet. Does anybody know how to get this?

These are still in testing...would the user name be Yavn or SillySyl? From what I hear, they'll be out soon enough which means you better be saving those credits. I'm thinking they'll be limited release items for 2000 credits (for the entire costume) just like the Mission: Space Suit.

LOL, my obsession with winning the Fireworkss pin has really helped in saving for the next party. Come in first (over 200000) and get 190 credits per game, and 90 for any other place. Playing more than ten games a day, that's really added up!

Heh, you could go to the random ramblings thread, and post what you had for breakfast. That would even be "on topic" given that the point of that thread is to waste your own and everyone else's time.
