Herbie costume problem

My ds got Herbie movie in his Easter basket. There was no vmk sticker on it, but there was a code inside. He entered the code and got all the Herbie items. He was nice enough to my dd that he tried to give her the costume. The problem is that it won't let him trade the top to her. He traded the helmet, boots, and pants, but when he tried to trade the top he got a message saying that it couldn't be added to trade window because there was already a max of 15 items. I was watching him do it and there was not 15 items. We tried doing it alone and with the rest of costume. Nothing worked. Any ideas?

Another thing...Where are people getting the peter pan hats?

How does it know? does it adjust to who ever enters the code?
That's a silly thing! lol

Yes, if a male enters the code it becomes a male top .. vice versa for females
