Hep with autograph book cover

Hello to all the very creative DISigners here! I am not very creative so I need help. Can someone please make an autograph book cover 8x8 or 5x7 size with Duffy the bear on it. Just a cover with Duffy that says Disney autographs! ANY help would be appreciated.
