I mean, "he" did originally, but the meat of it now is budget pieces. They try and pull a blinder, saying these watches on the site are worth several hundred $$$$ but that "he" is selling them cheap to clear his stock. But in reality, even his discounted prices are pretty average for the watches in question.

For several days, I was taken in. They even have a "picture" of Henry, making a watch!

A suspiciously similar shop has opened up called “Harrison’s Watches” with an identical “Harrison” both shops of which are mysteriously closing and have 80% off watches. Both pretend to have shops in London which don’t exist...

[ETA] Both shops actually import all their watches from China. And their "huge discounts"? Not so. The watches originally cost a pittance, and the inflated prices that the watches "originally" cost? Pure fiction.
