I am staying at the CR on the concierge level in May.
My question is if I should make my own dinning resevations for character breakfasts or if I should let the concierge people do it.

Or should we both do it?

They can make those for you - espeically if you want to go to Chef Mickeys.
You should get an information pack/PS request form from them before the 90 mark. Then you can email or call them with your requests.

edited to add; once they secure your ps they'll beable to give you the confirmation # - so my suggestion is that only one of you do it, or the computer system may flag a duplicate and drop a ps.
