I did great with my first week of Weight Watchers, but was disappointed to only have lost 2 lbs. when I weighed in Wed. night. (I lost 4 lbs. in my first week the last time I did the program.) I came home feeling discouraged and now I am really having trouble not snacking, eating my veggies, drinking water, etc...My sister is my usual 'support' system for this, but she is an RN and will work 12 hour shifts all weekend. (no way am I bugging her in the ICU for this type of 'crisis.') I guess I'm in need of some encouragement. In my head, I know snacking will make my next weigh-in even more disappointing, but tell that to the rest of my body that is just sure it needs chocolate.
