hi all, around 10 weeks ago i bought some suposedly authentic hats off www.ioffer in you country.when i received the items i was gutted, they were counterfeit.i only bought them to sell on ebay, figured i could make some money for my forthcoming Orlando adventure.i made my offer through private email so i cannot contact ioffer.i sent back the hats by return post after contacting the seller, she accepted responsability.the hats were supposed to arrive to the USA around 3-4 weeks after i sent them back.it is now 9 weeks.for the first 3 weeks the seller replied to my emails, but now she does'nt.

what should i do?

i could report her to ioffer/von dutch/local police/trading standards, but where would it get me?

my feeling is that i have lost $700 of my familys holiday money.

any help? thankyou in advance,
lifer
