I'm confused, I hope someone can help me out.

Our year is December (we'll receive point in Dec. 2003) We banked 34 points for 2001, received points in December 2003. Can we still bank the 2003 points? If not, is it too late to sell the excess points?

The points you received in December 2002 must be used by November 30 of this year unless you bank them.

You missed the deadline to bank 100%, that was May 31. The deadline to bank 50% has just passed, that was August 31. If you act before September 30, you can bank 25% of your total points.

The points you banked from 2001 into December 2002, must be used by 11/30/03 and can't be "rebanked".

If you can find someone to rent your points, you can do that. If you want to use the points for a non-DVC trip, you must make the reservation by the end of this month although you can travel right up until 11/30/03 on those points.

The points you banked from your December, 2001 use year into 2002 need to be used before December 1, 2003.

You will receive your 2003 use year points on December 1, 2003 and, yes, you can bank them if you wish.

You haven't even received the 2003 points yet. You can bank 100% of them through May of 2004. Then they can be used from December 2004 through November 2005. Those 34 banked points from 2001 are only able to be used through the end of November 2003 though.
