Help!

I'm a Disney veteran but am new to Universal. We're staying for 3 nights this October at HRH in a Deluxe Room. We got an Entertainment rate of $160 a night. I have a Loew's blue card and am wondering about all the perks. It will be my DW and my DD -10, and DS - 7. How dow I find out and get these items.

1. Newspaper in the morning and gift (milk & cookies or wine)
2. Refillable mugs for good grades
3. Goodie bags for the kids

Are there other things I don't know about? Can you make room requests? Can I e-mail or fax the hotel?

Like I mentioned before, I'm good with the Disney stuff. Looking for help from the Universal experts.

1. Here is a link outlining the Loews Blue benefits. Make sure your Loews member # is on file with your reservation and bring your card with you when you check into HRH.

2. Bring your childrens most recent report cards and as long as they have at least one 'A' they will get a refillable mug and a coupon for a free dessert at Sunset Grille. This program is running right now but it is subject to change and may not be available in October.

3. If the HRH does not give your kids goody bags when you check in then just ask. I have read that it depends on who checks you in whether you are given the goodies automatically or not.

Maybe an expert can jump in as far as room requests but I was told you can not make room requests in advance, but you can certainly ask when you check in.

Only other perk I know about is to bring your AAA card if you belong and you can get discounts on the US restaurants and gift shops. There is a lengthy thread about this here:
