So my son found an opening for Ogas for one and since he knew his brother really wanted to try it, booked the time. Later, he found another time for all 3 of us but was then unable to cancel the original booking. They are both same day, first solo time is 9:45 and the time of the re-booking is 10:15. The website won't let us cancel the first time, and when we call, waits are 2 hours plus. Hoping that someone knows another way to cancel.

When you make the booking, it should tell you that you have a conflicting time and ask which reservation you want to keep. Do that instead of trying to cancel first

It did not, I assume because the number of people changed from 1 to 3. And when I try to cancel on the website and by calling the automated number by phone, says I need to speak to an agent.

have someone else make the booking if possible. Or, don't know if he is using the app or the website but try the other method. It shouldn't matter if the number changes so long as the same person is making the reservation.

I wouldn't worry too much.
Its probably just being glitchy.
Log out of everything and wait a bit.
If you can cool your heels for a few days even and then try to cancel it will probably fix itself.

Nope. Both ressies have been in place for over a month. The app says my son made the reservation and is the only one who can change it, but we use the same account. It will not allow changes, and when we call, the Recording says wait will be over 2 hours no matter the time of day. Very frustrating. What happened to customer service?

It shouldn’t matter, worst case is check in to your main one at 10:00, then after that check in late for your earlier one and just explain to them. That way there won’t be a no show and there won’t be any fee. If it will even let you it sounds like it’s probably already cancelled but just showing up.

If you have two reservations at the time you go to WDW and don't want to call to cancel, go to Guest Relations at a park or resort and tell them that you were unable to cancel the first one yourself and could not wait on hold to call, you can do that anytime before the reservation time. They can check it and cancel it for you, or make sure that you are not charged for a no-show.

If you are unable to cancel online, I would stop at Guest Relations some time during your trip, before the day of this ADR and have them fix it.
