I’m at Disney right now and having a great time. However it’s day 2 and I’m suffering from blisters on both feet. What can I do to help the pain and make it tolerable. We are
Here until Saturday and right now I’m not sure how I’m going to make it

They should have moleskin and other things at the first aid center (or in the gift shop).
I tried that this morning. Now really helping. Maybe I’m using it wrong. Anything to speed up the going away process?

You might also want to try changing up your footwear. My husband last year assumed wearing sneakers for better support would help but once he switched to his crocs he felt 10 times better. You might also have to pop them to relieve the pressure. Good luck!

Do they have the blister pad band-aids at any of the gift shops? Those might help. You may have to double up on them to increase the padding. Unfortunately, I don't think there is anywhere you can get it at WDW and you already have blisters, but rubbing Body Glide all over your feet in the mornings before you head out to the parks will prevent blisters. I got blisters every Disney trip until I started using it, and since I learning about it, I have never had a blister at Disney again. If you can get stick deodorant in the shops, you can try using that like Body Glide-- I have heard that can help. It might help keep you from getting blisters in other areas with different shows.

To speed up the going away process, neosporin? That is pretty much all I can think of. I've heard a warm water soak might help also.

Once a blister develops, there's not really much you can do other than wear different shoes, put blister Band-Aids on them, and tough it out.

Thanks! We are taking a break right now. I had some prescription steroid cream I brought it’s on there now. Going to double up on moleskin when we go to our dinner adr and pray it works.

This is going to sound really odd but it worked when I walked 60km in two days. If you can find duck tape, cut our a circle of gauze to protect the blister from the sticky glue and then cover the blister with the tape. This will protect the blister and allow your shoe/sock to not rub more.

If very painful, Try sterilizing a needle/safety pin with alcohol, poke small hole in blister and push gently to drain it. Keep top skin intact. Smear some Vaseline or ointment on top and cover with bandage. Put moleskin in your shoe on the area that rubs. Bactine spray can help with pain. And ibuprofen. Don’t do this if your diabetic, due to increased risk of infection in diabetics. Switching shoes may help too. They make blister glide sticks to rub on skin where friction occurs. I’m a Nurse Practitioner, so consider this medical advice, lol.

Changing your shoes will be the biggest help, different pressure points. Other than that, all you can really do is cover them up somehow (moleskin, bandage, etc...) which will be most effective with a change of shoes as well. And the Body Glide tip above is gold. I have never once gotten a blister at Disney (I wear Sketcher Go Walks and no socks) and I rub Body Glide on my feet every morning before the shoes go on, works fantastic. So, you may want to try that now to avoid getting anymore.

I had major blisters on DAY ONE during our 2014 trip which I got BEFORE we were then scheduled to run the Tower of Terror Ten-Miler... The only thing that helped was draining them before bed and again first thing in the morning with a needle, putting on neosporin and bandaids and toughing through it. If you're wearing tennis shoes, see if the gift shop has any squishier socks. I picked up a two-pair pack of Minnie socks at our Pop Century gift shop, and they were way thicker than the socks I had brought with me. It helped tremendously!

The best way to use it is to cut a piece bigger than your blister and place the sticky side over the blister and surrounding part of your foot. Make sure it's big enough that it won't be rubbed off by your foot.

Moleskin will really help you!

I use bandaids (you can get them at first aid if you didn't bring any, or buy in a gift shop) and wear different shoes. Preferably (for me at least), shoes that don't require socks, like Keen sandals.

Is it ok to just put it on the blister without covering it? The package said don’t put it directly on a blister.

Cut the moleskin into a doughnut shape with a hole in the middle. The blister goes in the hole. The moleskin protects the blister from getting popped accidentally. You can put a second piece of moleskin without the hole over the top for extra protection.

I get terrible blisters during the first few days. Moleskin and double socks and yes, put it directly on the blister. It sticks really well. I honestly try and find a way to drain them if at all possible, it will feel much better. Good luck!

I agree with a lot of the above- you have to drain them and out neosporin on them. Soaking also helps if you can. Then cover with band aids and/or moleskin. Switching shoes helps (going between 2 sets) so it rubs in different places.

Making sure your shoes are ventilated- I use my Keen sandals and Nike air sneakers- is also important. Worst blisters I ever had was with Crocs and again with my all leather tennis shoes. My feet just got too hot and sweaty, which made them rub way more!

Body glide helps prevent more- and I also put baby powder in my socks to help keep them dry.

Thanks everyone! I drained them this morning, but ointment on, band aids, moleskin, then tape to keep it all on. I am still searching for some crocs or other shoes but today was a much better day than yesterday! Feet are sore but blisters aren’t bothering me as much as yesterday! MK was super crowded though! 50 min wait for Small World!
