Hi there I am new to this Boardm

I just wanted to ask a question very quickly ,

I am in a different country on vacation and have no access to my office Computer, I was told how to gain Remote Access when I first started but have forgotten!

Please can you remind me of the VPN/Remote Access link / Intructions how to get in, I heard of two methods one was called Backstageaccess another was Citrix both I have no idea how to use.

Please can someone help me as I am very urgent of gaining some files I need.
