So looking to book xmas season....really need advice! Would mon-fri dec 3rd to 7th be much busier than second week of nov mon -fri?

no, they'd be about the same (as long as your week in November is after the 11th, Armistice Day).

the only thing that might make a difference is Its a Small World - its often not given its Christmas overlay until mid-November, so while you would almost certainly see that in December, you may not in mid-November.
