Looks like Budget is your best option using Costco BCD Number w852802 and Coupon MUGZ029 for $30.00 off. The total for an intermediate size including taxes and after $30.00 coupon is applied at checkout is $128.54. You can signup for Fastbreak so you can go directly to garage. The intermediate is only $7.00 more than a compact.

Here is another option if you are worried about them asking for Costco membership. I haven't used Budget in a while but I know with Alamo they have never asked for my Costco card in about 10 rentals.

Use Westjet airlines code A376100 from mousesavers website (no ID required) and Coupon MUWZ023 or $25.00 off. The total for intermediate on checkout after coupon is applied will be $144.42.

I am a priceline user, and truly believe you could do better with them. You do have to prepay and you don't get to pick the agency but they use all the big name companies. I have had nothing but great experiences with them, I usually get a midsize for 7 days, this year we are paying $157 last year was $145. I am sure you would get a much better deal for what you are looking for with priceline. Just my 2 cents! good luck
