well i am no longer a vegitarian (health reasons)
And well obviously no meat. Don't live on pasta and rice...You gain alooot of weight. Eat veggies...No junk...Check to see if there is animal product in the food. Stuff like top ramen you would think would have meat in the flavoring but it doesn't...or the kind i eat didn't. Don't eat BBQ flavored stuff...IT usually has meat in it. Um Jello...it has hooves in it...hooves are a product of any gelitan..They may use fake stuff now...
The rest of the don't eats are pretty obvious.
You can eat eggs...Unless your vegan....
I suggest going to PETA's site...They have a kids section which tells you stuff on what to eat and how to have your parents supposrt you
