Could You Guys Help Me With Ideas For My Paper. This Is What I Have To Do Write A Short Dramatic Scene In Which Two Strangers Get To Know Each Other.for Example They May Be Sitting Next To Each Other On An Airplane,or They May Be Waiting With Their Pets In A Veterinarian.my Paper Should Include Beliveable Plot,characters,and Setting.

Sitting next to each other on an airplane and starting a conversation with a stranger, isn't that common... I travel a lot, and strangers never start conversations with strangers on planes. It just doesn't happen.
The vetenarian one would be more believable...
You could do two people reading books at a bookstore or library... since that happens a lot to me.
The most believable would be at a bar.

Ok let's see here

Plot: Two people sitting in line to get their perscriptions at the pharmacy. They strike up a conversation about how annoying perscriptions are to wait for and how they take forever to get. It turns out these strangers both could assist one another in a way they never thought they could.
Characters: Mr. Lizweld and Mr. Jonahbee
Setting: Pharmacy

does it really have to be dramatic? because i could make a good run with the vet idea--or the pharmacy if youre going to use that.
may as well expand on the vet idea-its the more dramatic one.
vet----

plot: two people talking; one of them waiting to pick up their dog, who was in surgery; the other waiting for their cats check-up. theyre talking, and the person with the dog tells the cat-owner some gushy story about how he found the dog abandoned somewhere--get creative. go on about how that dog later saved his/her life by waking him/her up when their house caught on fire. finally, the vet walks out and says "im sorry, [enter dog's name here] didnt make it".....

How about two people at Disney?
They could be waiting in one of the Disney lines(Which are sometimes super long) and like one of them starts saying this is such a long line and then the other one agrees and they just start talkin about the rides and other stuff and all.

Plot: Two people are sitting next to each other in a library. They're casually chatting about the books that they're reading and having small talk about every day life. Suddenly, the library comes under terrorist attack and they're the only 2 who are able to hide before the terrorists notice them (they are stuck inside of the library). Now it's their job to find a way to contact the police inside of the library and try and save themselves.

Characters: Jack Smith and Audrey Talers
Setting: Huge library in Washington D.C.

Hahaha, it's something I'd probably see on TV. That's how I came up with it.
