To answer the questions: He's about 5 months; he's 14 lbs now and I think he was 8 when we got him (he's supposed to get to 20 max); he is great w/ kids - he's the star of the bus stop each morning

Did you try searching your history for the website? The DCL link I posted did have a video that you could watch. If it was an official Disney website, it would be on DCL.
