ok, I have 2 voucher for free flights and a $100.00 off voucher plus DH has enough miles for a free flight. All of this on United. So we decide we want to go to WDW for 5 nights, then spend 2 nights in Miami to see a Dolphins football game. I call united and get the flights all set. The only thing is that DH's FF miles ticket is on hold for 1 leg of the flight. The reservationist told me that he will likely get a seat on that leg, since he is a priority member. So, then I call Hertz to get a car for the week. We would be picking up the car in Orlando, and returning it in Miami. But this lady says we cannot do that using points, only if it is a paying ressie. So, I guess I will have to try to change our return flights to go out of Orlando instead of Miami. I didn't really want to have to drive back to Orlando, but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any ideas? This is a cheap trip for us, free (almost) airfare, free hotel using points, and free rental car. We really only have to buy theme park tix and food, plus the tix to the football game. Any ideas about the best way to do the car? Thanks!!
