Help!!!!!

Someone please help me......I have a Dell Optiplex GX100 computer and want to put a password on my computer so that once its turned on it immeditaly asks for a password. Can I do this....and how do I do this?

I know there is an option for that if you're using a Mac, but I don't know about a PC.
