Help with wdw family stay please

Friend of mine needs on site room or rooms for 4 adults sis...sis ...hubby. .mom..and 3 kids...ideas for one room...connecting rooms...least expensive.

Value resort regular room is the least expensive single rooms but connecting is not guaranteed. They will try but not a promise.

How old is youngest kid? That could offer up more options of a single "room".

How old are the kids, because if 1 or more is under 3 years old then they do not count against the room occupancy (2 kids under 3 = 1 occupant). You are looking at multiple rooms at any of the 3 resort levels, but connecting rooms are not guaranteed. Then there are the FW cabins or the treehouses at SSR. Else you need to look at the 1 or 2 bdrm villas at the deluxe resorts. The least expensive will be 2 value rooms, and even though you get 4 beds they are only full size.

Are the flexible on if the rooms connect or not? There is no way to book connecting rooms, they are a request only. If having non-connecting rooms wouldn't work, then they are stuck with a DVC unit of some sort. And it won't be cheap.

SSR, rent DVC points, depending on when you go.
It isn't "cheap" but it IS one of your cheaper options on site. Are the adults paying separately? Mom, sis & hubby & other sis? That will make it much more manageable.

They have 7, too many for AoA or Asmu suites or cabins.

I'd book two value rooms splitting up adults and make your only request connecting. They do try and happens often but not guaranteed.
