Help with using my camera

Hi I have a Kodak Easy share and I am dying to "learn" how to use it before my next trip. I don't want to just point and shoot.

I was thinking about taking a class, but I took a lot of art in college and think I am pretty smart when it comes to this.
Can anyone recommend a website where I can start learning how to use my camera?

at canon usa there is a dslr page that teaches the basics such as shutter speed apeture etc if that is what you are looking for...some relates to canon but the left side is more general info and easy to follow

Try www.GoingManual.com ... they've got a great set of tutorials that apply to any camera with manual settings.

I recommend the book - UNDERSTANDING EXPOSURE by Bryan Peterson. I knew nothing several months ago and while I still don't know much - I do have a better understanding of how the ISO/Shutter Speed/Aperture combo works together.

I've considered taking a class but I have an S3 which is not a DSLR, so I don't want to not be able to do what they want (although there are certainly manual modes) - and I don't want a beginner class where they are teaching me how to turn it on. LOL
