Help with UGG sizing for DD

My DD (16 years old) has very small feet. She has a pair of suede boots in a ladies size 5 that she recently bought at Target. I'd like to get her a pair of UGG Cardys for xmas, but have no idea what size to buy. I think I can get away with getting her a kids size, but not sure.

Can anyone help out there?

Supposedly a size 3 in kids is a size 5 in adults. I would go for the size 4 because the Uggs are fuzzy inside.

Yes, that's right. Women's sizes are two up. A kids 5 is a ladies 7. And cheaper too.

My DD wears a size 7.5 sneaker and 6.5 dress shoe (sometimes 7) and she wears the kids size 5 and still has growing room. I think you need a size 4.

Another size question, I just got off the phone with an official Ugg store. They told me that up until a year ago an adult size 6 ugg boot (size 7.5 real shoes) would be a kids 5, now however they are a 4??? Anyone else hear this.

I wear a size 5 ladies normally, but all my uggs are a kids 3 and fit great....the size 4 had too much wiggle room and slipped on my heels...........
