Help with Toy Story Theme Party

Hello Everyone!
I hope I can get some great ideas from the fellow DISers. I am throwing a Toy Story Themed Family bithday party for my son turning 2. I am looking for some homemade party ideas...centerpieces, decorations, thank you notes, foods. Any ideas would be appreciated. I can't come up with anything!!! I have invites done and there will be no games at the party. Thanks in advance!

I did just a family movie night a month ago with a Toy Story theme. I bought Buzz Lightyear napkins and used a royal blue and lime green color scheme. We ate pizza (Pizza Planet) and salad. I put out Mr. Potato Head toys to play with, we had Slinky races down the stairs, and hunted for Buzz' Moon Rocks - crunched up tin foil, some with hershey kisses hidden inside.I put together a candy buffet and let the kids fill up cups of candy to eat while we watched the movie. I know some of these ideas won't work for your party and you said no games, but hopefully you can get an idea or two out of it!

Oh! I also saw a whole bunch of Toy Story stuff for $1 each at Michael's crafts store. They had color your own puzzle sets, Toy Story crayons, markers, fuzzy posters to color, etc.

ha! we did this the 16th for ds's third bday. my friend who runs a cake business with several other ladies made the cake, i supplied the toy story figures from the world. it turned out awesome. theyre on facebook; the femme fondants, if you need a cake idea. i bought at a local store the napkins, plates and table clothes. normally i buy from a site online but the shipping and taxes when coming across the border are nuts. we also had a buzz pinata that i bought at our local bulk barn, not sure if you have those down there. they are also sold at walmart, best of all they had pull ribbons vs smashing it.
