Help with TOT, RRC and EE

My DD6 is a dare devil - she did Splash Mountain and BTMR at 4, Space Mountain at 5 (due to height) and she lists Test Track among her favorite rides. We are 25 days out from our trip and she is all about riding EE, RRC and TOT on this trip. DH won't hear of it - says she is to little to ride them. I have no issue with her riding any of them so long as either DH or I are sitting with her. Any ideas/suggestions/recommendations on how to get him to come around? Also would be interested in hearing whether you think these rides are OK for a 6 year old.

AS long as height requirments are met then she should be just fine.

As far as DH coming around just watch the line and you will see many young kids go on the big rides.

Everyone will have a different opinion, I'm sure, so I will just tell you my experience with my kids. DS has loved all rides at the right height, which can be quite young. Loved ToT at age 4, RnR at age 7, and looking forward to the Hulk this year since he just reached 54". DD went on ToT at age 5 and screamed like I've never heard anyone scream before.. and it was not an "I'm having fun scream". It was terrible. The ride stopped and she quietly whispered it was fun, but still wouldn't do it again. Of the 2, DS is the thrill seeker, and I don't think anything will ever be too much for him. Sounds like your daughter is the same.

As for your husband, not sure. I don't have that problem. We're the opposite in this house. My other DD, age 4 wants to go on ToT and I think she's too young. DH has no problem taking her. I told him as long as I didn't have to witness the screaming. SO, he's taking her alone, and if she has fun, I'll take her on again!

My 6 year old rode EE 4 times in April, RR 5 times, SM several times. It depends on the child. My son was scared the first time on each ride, but then couldn't wait to ride again.

My thrill seeking DD went on TOT 3x at age 3.5. She wants to go again. BTRR was her absolute fave. We're hoping she'll make the 44" for EE and Space for this year's trip.

Totally depends on the kid, IMO
