We are going in August and would like to see Chinatown, Casa Loma and the Science Center. Could anyone refer me to some good hotels under $200 or $150? Should we stay in the city or further out? Thanks.

Hotel Victoria is right downtown (Yonge and Wellington) not far from the train station (Union) and shopping. It is $169 a night for free wifi and breakfast although there is a charge for parking. The hotels in the city charge daily for parking but the ones a little further out have free parking.

Expedia has the Roehampton Hotel (midtown Toronto) for $128 a night

Hope you have a great time!

If you are use to big city highway driving, I would stay closer to the Science Center and drive to Casa Loma, for China Town it would be best to drive along the 401 from the Science Center to a communter lot and take transit, ie. subway. Downtown has expensive parking by 12 hour intervals and can be crazy
