Help with Thread being Disabled- Questions

I've had a wedding PJ for a few years... It was disabled/invalid (because of advertising I did on there) and hasn't come back I've email stating they can take that post down or I can take it down, I've learned the rules and know not to do it again... I've tried hundreds of times to contact the administrator to see why it's not back or how I can get it back with NO contact back. This has been for many months now and I just want to know who can get it back.

Any suggestions?

Anyone know why no one returns my emails? I worked 2 years on that wedding PJ and I really would love it to be back..
