Ok, I know how to log on, post replies, and read! That's about the extent of my computer knowledge. I'm only trying to add the "2008 year to create" that BAMB made. I followed directions that people have so graciously given and it still won't work. It put the words of the URL last time I tried. too funny-
at the bottom of where you change your sig, my says I may not have Images in my sig it also says no GIF for signatures. Is that why it's not working? Sorry for the lack of computer knowledge, This is the first time I've ever wanted to know how. My daughter set the rest up and I did erase the ticker without help- big for me- I have this fear of wiping everything out!
any very basic steps would be appreciated! This will be my last try.I may be without a cute glittery 2008

Or right click on someone's glittery siggy to get the address in long form. Just copy the address and paste into your edit sig box. Put

after, making sure there are no spaces and it should work fine.

If you get the red X still, leave it in your sig file. It might be easier for us to help you if we can see what you are doing (maybe there is an extra character that you are leaving out, or leaving in).
