Help with strollers? Concierge?

I just read a post on another bb regarding free strollers available through the concierge if you are staying in a concierge room. This sounds too goo to be true-has anyone done this? We will be staying at the BWI concierge, if that makes a difference. Are you allowed to take the strollers into the parks? I'd appreciate any experiences you have had with this or other concierge "perks" Thanks! Lin

I saw a posting about stroller availability at the Poly Concierge and so I checked into for our trip. We will be staying at CR in the tower club in August. After receiving our Guest Itinerary form from them I sent an email requesting additional information on their services including access to strollers. They promised to have an umbrella stroller in the room for us! I have heard that concierge service at every resort is different but, I would definitely ask ---we are thrilled with CR so far!!!

We were just at the Polynesian concierge May 12 - 19 and we were told that strollers were available on a first come - first served basis. We got one the second day and then gave it back the next day since we couldn't justify using it the entire time.
