Help with special diets

I have taken your hints and when I booked our PS I told them I have a child with Celiac's(gluten intolerence). But what about CS and snacks? How do I get ingredient lists for those items? Is there anywhere online that lists what foods at Disney are Gluten Free? Thanks!!!

For CS if the cashier is not aware, ask for the duty manager who definitely will know about items.

I would also suggest going to the "disABILTIES!" forum and looking at some of the discussions there.
