Help with sky auction!

I am trying to use this site for the first time but I'm confused! For example, this is the one I am looking at http://www.skyauction.com/action/offer/1557681. What is the actual price if the rental? Is it The taxes and service charges listed at $49 plus the bid amount (say $10) plus the $20 processing fee? That would make the total
$49
+$10

$59 per night
x 7 nights
_____
$413
+$20
_____
$433 total for 7 nights

Is that even close to right or is the tax and service charge in addition to something else I am missing?

And I do know I missed the $5 resort fee and $1 maid gratuity.

Your total for the week is accurate if you add the resort fee and maid service. I have used them many times since 2006 and what has me confused is (plus applicable taxes paid directly to hotel), the taxes are usually included in the $49 taxes/ services charge, unless it's the tax on the resort fee, I would call the resort or contact SkyAuction to make sure.
