Help with sigma lens

I just got back from the World yesterday. Overall I would have to give the lens 2 thumbs up. It was a hard focus on Haunted Mansion though. But the images are like someone stated in the daylight and indoors, the picture are dead on. Love the colors. This was my first experience with a lens other than the kit lens. I just got back from FedEx sending it back to LensRental. The below pics are straight from the camera, no Lightroom used, yet.

Did you get any dark ride pics?

Did you get any dark ride pics?

Well some pics I am happy with and some I am not. But again I was new to this lens. The one ride that I had the hardest time with was Haunted Mansion. It would not focus. I think it was due to the railing along the ride. I tried to focus on things that were in the rooms but it keep getting the railing, especially the dining hall. I couldn't get many dark ride shots as the Disney Family was getting was getting irked with me about taking so many photos and didn't want any ride pics of me and them with the camera covering my face. So I had to keep the camera in my lap for most rides. Overall, I will probably try to add this lens to my bag when I can afford it. Some people have said that the f/2.8 lens has a better focus so I will have to check that out as well.

Well I just got back and first and foremost I had a great time despite the crowds and cool temps. I ended up having the 18-35 on my 70D 95 percent of the time, the other lenses I used was the Tamron 70-300 at the AK and the Tokina 11-16. I took 2300 pictures. I was very pleased with all of the lenses. The 18-35 performed exceptionally. I just did my initial edit to omit all of the obvious non-keepers. I was pleasantly surprised at how few were bad. Keeping in mind that I`ve greatly improved my equipment since my last trip and also have another 2 years of experience under my belt, I am pretty excited about how good they turned out compared to my last ones. I have a lot of editing to do so I`ll be posting some in the near future.
