Help with shuttle question from Grand cypress

Has anyone stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and used their shuttle service to the Disney parks? I've never styed off site before and do not know what to expect. We're staying here because my DH has a conference there and it's free . Anyway, my DS and I will visit the parks while my poor husband is busy in meetings. I really do not want to bother with driving myself and my son, so I want to use the shuttle service. Is it reliable? Where does it take you? Thanks so much to anyone who can help! I'll let you know. The rooms look amazing on their website, so even though I'm bummed it's not an on-site property, I think it'll be fun!

The shuttle service runs to all 4 major Disney parks + Universal and Sea World. The schedule is available from the hotel. I think you will find it very reliable and comfortable.
