I need help choosing a resort for this weekend. 2 adults, 3 children (5,2,6 months). We'll have two strollers. No preference on which parks we visit.
For about the same price, we can stay at OKW deluxe studio, Jambo House value studio, or Dolphin standard room. Which would you choose?
Thanks!

Will you be spending time in your room or is it just a spot to shower and sleep? If you plan to spend a fair amount of time at the resort I would pick OKW (larger room, balcony) or AKL (animals, fun lobby activities for kids). If it's a park centric visit I'd pick Dophin since you could push kids in strollers to two parks (Epcot, Hollywood Studios). OKW will have two queen beds. I think Dophin has two full beds. AKL will have one queen bed and a pull out couch.

Do not try to do 4+a pack and play in a Value studio at AKV. They're small already.
Agree. Once you open up the sleeper sofa, you will be hard pressed to find a space for the pack and play. The value studios are three feet shorter in depth than the savanna or standard.

Your problem with OKW is that most of the buildings do not have elevators. You'd have to be on the first floor so you wouldn't have to carry two strollers up the stairs. You might want to stick with the Dolphin since you can walk to Epcot or take the boat from there.

Your decision might be made for you by default. I doubt that there are any Value studios available for the upcoming weekend and the chances of one being available at OKW are pretty slim if you're thinking about renting from a DVC member. This is the first weekend of the Food & Wine Festival. Most of those units were booked months ago.

I was able to get one night at the Swan for $208 (which includes resort fee and taxes) for a non-refundable rate with SPG member for Sept 30 on the Swan & Dolphin website.

I suspect OP is looking at cash bookings. Disney's been releasing some pretty nutty inventory from DVC. value studios, VGF studios for December, etc.
