Help with resizing please

Hello I hate to ask such a dumb question, but How do you resize a design from photobucket? I tried uploading my pictures to snapfish and it keeps saying the resolution is low. I have a Apple Computer so maybe I'm not doing something correctly. I wanted to use an 8x8 book for character meals and I uploaded only the 8x8 pages from photobucket but it still says it's too low

Any help would be greatly appreciated I am new to this forum and my Mac computer I might be in trouble huh
