Help with Requests

Hello All,
I call MS tomorrow morning to book our first trip home as members to the BCV!!! We will be booking a 2 bedroom Villa for a week.
We have rented at the BCV from CRO before becoming members.
What we would really like is a higher floor with a canal view and a balconey off the Master bedroom. We want one queen bed in the second bedroom.
I am not sure how to request this.
The canal view rooms we would like are odd numbered.
Should I request a higher odd numbered room (there are obviously many of these which do not have canal views) or should I make it 2 separate requests for Higher floor, canal view?
Is there a floor plan difference between a Lockoff 2 bedroom and a dedicated 2 bedroom with 1 Queen bed? Should I request one or the other?
I understand and agree, that requests should be as general as possible so that the CM has an idea what it is you would like. I know requests are just requests. I will be happy anywhere at "Home", but these are our preferences.
Any advice?

I'd go with high floor and canal view. I think you are limited to two requests.

The difference between the lockoff and the dedicated will be the exit from the studio portion and the kitchenette. You won't get a kitchenette in the dedicated.

The 2BR lockoff, 2BR dedicated with 2 queen beds, and 2BR dedicated with 1 queen bed are all booking categories at BCV; that is, you ask for it when you make the reservation, and then that's what you'll get. (It's not a "request." ---Wait, was that from Beauty and the Beast?) There are not many dedicated 2BRs with 2 queens, so decide whether you want the dedicated or lockoff based on what the PP said, and ask to book it.
