Okay this is only my second time renting a car while down in Orlando. I have a couple questions. I leave on Thursday so this is ASAP info

1) Besides drivers license, proof of insurance, and credit card what else might I need?
2) Give me some tips on how identify my car in parking lots. Antenna topper? Ribbon?
3) Which is better: park at MK bus to AK(will be ending day at MK) OR drive to AK that morning then when ready to move to MK drive car over?

1) That's all that I ever have with me. I do tend to also print a copy of the reservation, just in case.
2) I usually just try to remember the color and location. Many of the newer cars don't have antennas that pop up. Another idea is to get a pair of Mickey dice to hang from the rear view mirror.
3) Yikes, MK generally the one park I try to avoid parking at (because you park at the TTC, then ferry/monorail to MK). I guess, I would drive to AK, then drive to MK.

1. Usually all I need is my driver's license and a credit card. Most car rental locations prefer car credit cards that are not attached directly to a banking account. I have never had to show proof of insurance. If you have a confirmation number, I would suggest having that. I once had someone that had trouble pulling up my reservation until I gave them the confirmation.

2. Make note of where you are parked. Many parking lots have row signs, even malls tend to have them if it is a large one. If not, look to see what is the most visible point of where you are parked. Take a picture of the sign or text yourself the location. Remember the color and style of your car. If it does not jump out, then start using the lock/unlock button on your car key remote and watch for the lights on the vehicle to flash.

3. I find it is easier to drive from park to park except for MK/Epcot or Epcot/DHS. It just saves you time in the morning to go directly to AK than spend extra time traveling from MK to AK.

Take a picture of your license plate and the the row marker on the ground where you park. When you're tired and can't think straight, just check your camera.

Ditto, I take a picture of the license plate and what row I'm parked in with my cell phone.. just make sure you erase it before the next parking lot ;)

If you have the option to chose any car in the row of your class, go with something other than white; pick a unique color, that helps.

The picture is a good idea too, just make sure you position yourself near something stationary (that will be in the picture) since the cars may change.

Stay to the right when going through the tolls since the ones on the left are high speed and don't have the toll takers.
Have a few quarters with you.
Get a receipt in case of a discrepancy with the car company.

I make a note of where I'm parked in the notes section of my phone. For example: Minnie 38 about halfway down. Then I write over it when I park again.
