Help with registering on web site

I have been trying desparately to register for the new DVC members site. I completed the registration screen about 10 times and each time it just bumps me back to blank registration screen after I hit enter. I called MS (had to use the regular number as the toll free was impossible). I got a rep that confirmed my ID # and my PIN. I have tried several more times and it still dosn't work.

Any suggestions for what to try next??? Has anyone else had this problem??

You'll probably have to call MS back again. I had the same problem and after speaking to Member Services twice, they said they would have to have one of their technical support people look into it.

They said someone would contact me when it was resolved, but I tried 24 hours later and it was working. Never did get a call or email to follow-up.
