Help with RCI trading to DVC resort

Can someone help answer some questions for me? My inlaws are able to get us OKW for 8days/7 night for $367 at the end of August.
Can we add the dining plan?
How do we book our dining reservations?
Is there any downside to this?
How do we order park tickets?

1. You can go online and book dining reservations 180 days out from arrival (so by my calculations, that should be sometime later this month). If you have a Disney confirmation number (not sure how RCI works since it's a different system from DVC), you can book your entire trip's worth of ADRs at 180 days out. If you don't have a usable confirmation, then you can make ADRs 180 days out from each dining reservation.

2. You can order tickets through Disney or through an authorized ticket reseller (Undercover Tourist or AAA).
