Help with Profile Picture

How do I get my profile picture turned around? It is correct on my desktop, but when I upload it automatically goes sideways. I tried rotating it on my desktop but no matter how I have it on desktop it automatically uploads sideways. Thanks!

Posting images (especially if they were taken on a phone) often causes these results. What I've found that works is to edit the photo in some way. Nothing big (I typically just remove one row of pixels) and save it. It should then post correctly.
