help with plans with PS and Easter week

We are going from Mar. 29th to April 3rd. I have not made any PS yet because I am having a hard time planning where we will be. We bought annual passess in Jan. I have never been there around Easter before and I know it will crowded. If it is too crowded, I may end up hanging out around our hotel, AKL, often. I plan on doing the late night extra hours and sleeping in the next day.
I need help on how to make PS- I am concerned if I don't, I will be eating fast food-counter service the entire trip, but what if I make PS and we end up somewhere else?
What to do? What to do?

I would like to eat at 50's primetime, Boma, Jiko, Alfredo's (Italy), we love France for lunch -will we need PS at lunch time? and Le Cellier.
I don't really like any MK sit down's, don't plan to do a character breakfast, but do want breakfast at Boma once-will I need PS for that?


Any advice would be appreciated.

I would go ahead and get some of your PS's now - you can change your mind if your itinerary changes. You can start around the evening EMH since you're planning to take advantage of them. 50's Primetime is lots of fun - I haven't been lucky enough to try any of your others, but hear good things about Boma and Le Cellier. I'm going at that time also. I hated trying to figure out where I will be on a certain day, but there were some character meals my kids wanted.
The places you mentioned I would make PS's and be sure to cancel them as things change.

Goodluck with making PS! We are going that same time and i just made PS last week, they were of course already booked up, i was able to get a 3, however I will we canceling my PS for Boma's on March 30 at 5:20pm.

Wow, I know that the character meals would be tough, but I thought I had a few weeks before most were booked.
