Help with planning vacation

Looking at going in May just as soon as the kids get out of school. The trip MUST be booked through my companies travel agent as the trip will be paid for via a secondary compensation plan . Background....Family of 4: 2 adults, 1 - 11 year old and 1 - 6 year old. I have a AP and we will probably stay at the Contemp 14th floor for 6-7 nights. Now to the dilema.... I need to book a package that will include food similar to the new, "Magic Your Way plus dining" but also want to keep the cost down as much as possible.

Anyone know of a way that I can possibly use my AP for a discount rate on the room - if available and still get the plus dining... or am I stuck on booking the Magic Your Way Plus Dining for all 4 of us?

The new dining plan is connected to the MYW reservation, if you get a good AP rate you may be better off purchasing meal vouchers for dining.

Last I heard Disney does not give discounted rates on Concierge rooms.

Try contacting Grand Getaways Travel for a quote. You can do so from their website at www.grandgetawaystravel.com and their services are really great. I was directed to them by a friend and have recommended them a number of times since. Give them a shot....they are really great!
