We did it! It may not have needed pixie dust for me to get 2 Grand Villas at SSR for a preXmas trip this year, but I'd like to think that's what helped! Right now I want to focus on all the delicious details of planning.
This trip is for extended family. 14 people, all adults, grandkids through grandparents. Age range 21-76.The purpose of the trip is to hang with family, one member of which can not walk long distances. At most, 4 or 5 of the group will do a single park day. I'm thinking of putting together a newsletter, listing their options of all the things available to do, if they make the appropriate plans(registering on MDE, ordering magic bands, how to do fastpass+, etc). I'm interested to see if any of you have already prepared some sort of handout like this-to see your examples if possible. I know I need to customize to our time of year and resort, but most people are better at this than me.
