Help with photopass issues please!

So we are back from a wonderful trip! we were in the parks Sunday-Thursday morning and really enjoyed every moment!
But sadly when I uploaded our photopass cards this morning, about 75% of our pictures are missing! Including the jedi pictures of my daughter, which the gal at the photopass store even verified that she had put on there! I'm so confused and disappointed! I filled out the missing picture form but there are seriously so many missing over the 4 days that I'm very doubtful they'll find all of them.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did you ever get your pictures back?

Could it be that they might still show up later? I had some photos that took 3 or so business days to finally appear, and one friendly PP at the BBB told me her camera's shots get sent to Florida to some master database and THEN get sent back to DLR to be uploaded to guests' accounts (or something like that, it was confusing!).

I know you said your trip ended Thursday, so it has been a whole week....Fingers crossed they find your photos! Hope you also gave them your camera to use for some of those missing shots!

If you keep having this problem, contact PP serives 407-560-4300. But they are on east coast time. 9-5 M-f and 19-1 Weekend EST.

They will need to know where they were taken and what day and time to search them out.

Just keep checking back each day. Like the PP I have had photos show up days later so I usually wait a couple of days after my trip before sending in a Lost Photo inquiry.

Thanks everyone! Most of the pictures showed up when I logged in this morning...just a few missing now! Keeping my fingers crossed they'll be there in a day or two!
