Hi, I'm throwing an anniversary party for my parents. Between my siblings and I, there will be cake, meatballs, shrimp, crab dip, a relish tray, and a couple other things (they haven't decided yet). Does anyone have any other quick and easy ideas with stuff I probably already have in the house (I've spent enough money!)? :) Thanks a bunch!

killer bread (if you have an oven handy)

take french bread (i get small rolls and split in half)-lightly butter and lightly toast under broiler.

remove from broiler, top with spread (one cup mayo/one cup grated parmesan cheese/one clove crushed garlic)

place under broiler until lightly browned-sprinkle with parsley or basil.

very good.

These are always a big hit.
Wrap pickled watermelon rind chunks with bacon(I use that precooked kind)
bake in oven until crispy. These disappear like magic.
Pepper Jelly over cream cheese , serve with Wheat Thins.
Bacon wrapped around a bread stick, bake until crisp. Roll in Parmesan cheese
immediantly when you take out of oven let cool.
Brie or any soft white cheese, fresh sliced pears, Gourmet crackers and
honey. Yum.
Fresh fruit(seedless grapes, fresh pineapple, apples, strawberries etc) and dip
made from softened cream cheese and Marshmallow cream(Fluff)
whipped together 1 to 1 ratio.
Salsa and sour cream , mix together and sprinkle finely grated Sharp Cheddar
cheese over
