I always have this problem! I book my reservations using my home phone #; if I call CRO, they will confirm the reservation is listed under my home #; but the ONLY way I can pull up the reservation online is with the confirmation # and my cell phone #!!!! Works EVERY time. If you absolutely can not access your ressie with the phone # you used at the time you booked, try a cell #, work #, any other phone # you may have EVER used on ANY of the Disney partner sites!!! (even an old phone # you no longer have!) Good luck!
My family and I had this problem when we booked our stay for next month at the Contemporary, however we had no problems looking at our reservation for December at the Polynesian. Now when I enter either of them online we have no problems seeing them, however there is the odd time when their site goes down and says we have not put in our information correctly eventhough I know it was right.
francie,
Have you checked you're e-mail to see if WDW sent you a confirmation? If they did then you don't need to worry about seeing it online.

I have the exact same issue... I had CRO update my phone number over a year ago, but every reservation I've made since then can only be pulled up using my OLD phone number. It's like once they get that first phone number from you, the system will forever use it to link reservations, even if CRO has your current number on record. It's bad system programming, pure and simple.
