Help with night show for AK and HS in October

Im approaching the 60 day mark for my October trip and I'm trying to schedule Fastpass selections. However, I'm having trouble as I'm not sure what nights I will be able to view the Stars Wars Fireworks, and the night show at AK. I know the AK show has limited info, but would anyone be able to give me an estimate on times for these shows? Will there even be a nighttime show at AK? Thanks for any info! We will be there the week of October 23 this year.

Join the crowd! It looks like no night show at AK in October, and no ELP either. So I am hoping for SW fireworks at least. My strategy now is to have a few evenings available to return to Studios, and we will go there just for the SW show, not combine with FP+ for rides beforehand or a meal before. We will just have to head over a few hours before, after a rest break in the afternoon from a park day.

I am hoping to get the SW dessert party, because with no ELP, nothing at AK, and the pricey MNSSHP almost every night (we go late October), I expect the SW fireworks to be packed, especially if they are not every single night.

Thanks. I am a bit frustrated. Hard to know what FP to make if I don't know where we will be. Right now we are only in HS one night and will be seeing Fantasmic, so I'm guessing we won't be able to do the fireworks that night. And I have a hard time planning to be in AK on a night if I'm not positive there will even be a show. Right now we have the Wishes dessert cruise booked on the only night we could be at AK. So I guess I will have to decide if it's worth it to cancel the cruise and do the show. Decisions!
