Help With New Website... Where Do I Make A Payment?

Could someone please help me? I finally got my resort and my dining reservations to show up but I can't find anywhere to make a payment.
On the old site you clicked on "view details" and you could make a payment but on the new site when I click on "details" it lists some info but no balance and no where to make a payment.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm about to scream!!

Any help would be so appreciated.

Its been suggested by someone on the board --and I personally agree with it, that with all the issues/problems with the website, that you call and make your payments and get a confirmation number/person you spoke to so you have a record of a conversation with a live person. the wait time may be a pain, but it's worth the peace of mind.

I sure hope they get this fixed soon. Who wants to call to make a payment when the wait times are an hour or more?

I called late last night and got "right through" to a very helpful CM. Not always the case of course. Hopefully they'll work the kinks out of the new website soon.

I called an automated number and made a payment in bout 5minutes. Gigot the email the next day. It will also give u resort details. Although it reads the dining codes wrong. But I called a cm and she said they were just as frustrated and for some reason the automated system read dining code wrong. Here's the number if anyone wants to try it.... 14079397429

I hope it's soon. I like to be able to see it all in front of me. I tried making a payment late one nite and it disconnected me. But was fine before 7pm. Good luck

I strongly recommend you do NOT use the Disney website in it's current form to make payment. Seriously.. even if you can find the link - don't use it.

Make your payments via phone and request an email confirmation of the payment. That much still works.

Any payments made through the buggy website very well could end up in some Disney black hole and who wants to have to fight over that?

For those with trips in the next 10 days, I successfully checked in via www.mydisneyreservation.com as well. It's a separate site from the main Disney World site.
