HELP! with new cell phone

I just got a HTC hero droid phone...comming from a blackberry I am ready to throw this thing against the wall! haha I am not liking the touch screen...I also can not figure out how to move all the icons from the first page to the 2nd page so its not crowding up my wallpaper pic....I also dont know how to make me get alerts from my FB like I did from blackberry...also is their a way to change the text (bigger ,smaller,font) ? HELP
