Help with Names as fill in for Star Wars

I love, love, love, Jordak's Mickey design with the names as a fill in. I was wondering if Jordak or anyone else did the same thing but with a Star Wars image like Darth Vader's helmet? We are attending Star Wars weekends in June and would love to have a cool shirt to wear. Thank you so much in advance for any help you could give me! I have no idea on where to start so any information would be a great help. You guys do some amazing work and are so generous to share your time and talents.

I love it ElizabethG. Looks great. The husband thought it would look really cool with solid black Mickey hat ears on top too. I have no idea if that is hard to add or not because I'm very design and art illiterate. I'm lucky if I can draw a straight line with a ruler. I would be very grateful to you to have one with our names on it whether it had the mickey ears on top or not. Would you mind doing one for me with the following names:

Jacob
Wyatt
Heather
Ryan
Linda
George
JackDog (I'm almost afraid to explain this one. Our four year old has a stuffed dog that goes every where and he already tells me that Jack Dog is going to ride Splash Mountain with him. I thought it would be funny to include him.)
