Help with my photo pass

My photopass account is due to expire on July 2. I have edited my pictures and have been waiting on discount code to purchase CD. I don't think a discount will be available for the CD, just discounts for purchase of prints.

Anyway, I have just tried to sign on my photopass account and I get message that my account can not be recognized. Help....

OK... I just tried to sign on again and I got message, "Sorry, we're not currently available. Please try again later." I will try again tomorrow. Maybe it is the website and not my account.

I think you are right. I checked again this morning, still down. Just hope it is back up before July 2, that is the deadline for my photos.

if they aren't back up yet before the 2nd then send an e-mail to the lost photo department. Tell them when you went to order your CD the site was down and then your pics expired. Give them the photopass number and they should retrieve them. It may take about a week but it worked for us. They started deleting our pics early and when we went to get the CD, they were gone. SO I sent an e-mail. I just kept checking back to see if they were there and a week later they were.

Not for me, still down. But thanks for the advice... now if I can remember where I put my photopasses . I had 4-5 cards.

odd. did you empty your cache to see if you can reload the photopass page? Maybe your browser is remembering the site down page.

I just tried again and it worked but I couldn't find a contact e-mail, they have forms to fill out and them you just hit send.

I found this in my e-mail, good thing I saved it. This Miss Brown is who helped us get our pics back.

Yes, I have emptied the cache. Still getting message site is temporarily unavailable, try again later. OK I am really freaking out now . My photos are due to expire tomorrow .

Initially when I tried to sign on , I could get the home page, but when I put in my user name and password, it said I could not be recognized. So I was able to send an email from the home page to "Contact Me" to let them know of my dilemma. Got a message please allow 5-7 days for reply. Now I am not even able to get to the home page.

I have a question about photo pass. When we went last August we purchased the CD before we left. Is this something that we can now order online? If it is ordered online can we add the little disney "extra's" to the photo's?

I am not really sure, but I think all the "extras" have to added BEFORE you purchase the CD. If you still have your photopass cards and want to purchase another CD, you could try to enter your numbers and see what happens. I don't know. To much time may have past to order on line

the CD is only available for 30 days after the first photopass picture is taken. And yes you can add some Disney extra's before you order the CD.

Click on the photo, add your extra's, and then click save as copy. You will then have to original and the new copy with the bits. It does not cost any extra to do the extras. It will be the same price wether you have 100 pics or 200.
They have also started doing rides on photopass, right now it is just on Test Track though. They had a really cute border for it. And we ate at CRT in March and were able to take our photo package from CRT, plug in the numbers that are on the photo and add those to our CD as well. They have some cute extras for those pics too.
